New Waverly is located about 50 miles north of Houston.

If coming from south: Take I-45 to the New Waverly exit. Go east on FM 1375 to Highway 75, turn left. Turn right at the stop light (FM 150). Go 1 block past the railroad tracks and turn left (FM 1375). Stay on FM 1375 until it dead ends (about 10 miles). Turn left & go straight about 1 mile. Turn right on first dirt road (Forest Service Rd. #200). Continue about 3 miles & camp will be on your right.

If coming from north: Take I-45 to the New Waverly exit (exit 103). At the first stop sign, turn right and take the overpass to Highway 75, turn right. Turn right at the stop light (FM 150). Go 1 block past the railroad tracks and turn left (FM 1375). Stay on FM 1375 until it dead ends (about 10 miles). Turn left & go straight about 1 mile. Turn right on first dirt road (Forest Service Rd. #200). Continue about 3 miles & camp will be on your right.

(Signs will point the way once FM 1375 dead ends).
